Milburn Taylor, a native Texan from the Dallas/Fort Worth area, is an advertising
design graduate of the Art Center College of Design (BFA) in Los Angeles, California and the University of North Texas (BA) in Denton, Texas.

Milburn has held a variety of creative positions at nationally recognized advertising
agencies and design studios before starting Milburn Taylor Associates/Creative Services in Fort Worth, Texas (1978).

Because of his lifelong interest in humor, Milburn has developed a specialty in using cartoon art and humorous illustration as a creative tool to promote business and special events. In 1981 Milburn moved his family and aspirations to Austin, Texas where he opened
Milburn Creative / A full-service graphic design studio with a specialty in humorous art.

Over the years Milburn has also become uniquely qualified to help business owners, public relation professionals, and marketing directors "think through" their projects. He always looks  for “natural solutions” in client projects—then he adds a creative twist to make the results more memorable and effective.

Clients include local and regional advertising agencies, public relation firms, banks, real estate companies, chambers of commerce, and small business owners, as well as national and international companies.

Milburn brings an diversity of national and international perspectives to his work as a result of his travel experiences. Milburn and his wife, Ruth, a Professor of Marketing, at Texas State University, have had the privilege of traveling throughout the United States, Canada, China, Japan, Mexico, England, Europe, Morocco, Costa Rica, and most recently Peru.
